Starbucks is getting ready for the holidays, and we finally know when its popular Red Cup Day is happening!
The coffee chain has confirmed that Red Cup Day returns Tuesday, November 17, 2026. Customers who purchase a handcrafted holiday beverage at participating Starbucks locations will receive a free, collectible reusable holiday cup while supplies last.
The design of this year's red cup hasn't been revealed yet, but Starbucks says more details are coming closer to the event.
Starbucks Holiday Menu Returns November 5
You won't have to wait until Red Cup Day to get your holiday coffee fix. Starbucks is officially launching its 2026 holiday menu on Thursday, November 5, with several returning favorites and some new additions.
Returning holiday drinks include:
-
Peppermint Mocha
-
Caramel Brulée Latte
-
Sugar Cookie Latte
-
Gingerbread Chai
This year's new additions include the Tiramisu Velvet Latte, available hot or iced, and the Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew. Both feature mascarpone cold foam topped with cocoa and coffee dusting.
Starbucks is also introducing the Apple Pomegranate Refresher, featuring apple flavors and popping pomegranate-flavored pearls. A second version, called Snowy Apple, adds coconut milk for a creamier drink.
New Holiday Food Is Coming, Too
The seasonal food lineup includes a new Bearista Cake Pop, inspired by Starbucks' popular bear-shaped glass cup.
Other additions include a Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and an updated Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich.
Returning holiday treats include the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.
The Popular Bearista Cup Is Coming Back
Starbucks is also bringing back one of its most talked-about collectibles.
The original Bearista Glass Cold Cup, featuring the little bear wearing a green beanie, will return to select Starbucks locations on December 1, while supplies last.
Before that, Starbucks will release a mystery collection of Bearista Glass Cold Cups on November 10. Each surprise box will contain a mystery character design.
Holiday drinkware and merchandise collections will also begin arriving November 5, with additional items launching throughout the month.
So, mark your calendars: November 5 for the holiday menu and November 17 for Red Cup Day.
And if you're hoping to score one of those reusable red cups, remember that they're only available while supplies last!
