Before he died, James Earl Jones handed over the rights to recreate his iconic voice to AI.  Forbes states, "James Earl Jones signed over the rights to Lucasfilm in 2022 to recreate his voice via artificial intelligence thanks to AI innovation by Ukrainian tech start-up Respeecher." They add that this was to ensure that his "Star Wars" Darth Vader character would live on forever. The actor was also the voice of Mufasa in "The Lion King."
