OFFICIAL RULES

Radio Station Z 97.1, 67 Merchants Row, Rutland, VT 05701 (“WZRT”).

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CONTEST: This is a Contest to be conducted during the period commencing at 10am, February 1^st, 2010, and ending at 5:00pm, February, 5^th 2010 ("Entry Period") as a competition for listeners to call in and win a ski package for 2 including one ski lesson, rental, and one day lift pass. For purposes of these Official Rules ("Rules"), "Day" shall mean each calendar day during the Entry Period and all times and Days are Eastern Daylight Time. The awarding of the prize is subject to the eligibility and forfeiture provisions set forth below. Winner must be over the age of 18 or accompanied by an adult.

2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for this Contest, at the time of entering, the Contestant must be: [1] not an employee, consultant, independent contractor or intern who has, within the past six months, performed services for Sponsors, competing media, or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Contest or supplying the prize, or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated or successor companies (collectively, "Entities"), nor a member of their household or immediate family and [2] willing to have his/her name, city, featured and published on the Website or otherwise distributed, in connection with, or to promote, the Contest and/or the Website. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. [3] If the winner is under the age of 18, the winner must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when picking up the prize.

3. ENTRY: During the Entry Period, you may enter the contest by calling the request line (775-9467 or 1800-444-8971) when prompted to call and being the correct caller as indicated by the DJ. A contestant will be disqualified if he/she creates invalid name or address(es) with intent to affect the integrity of the contest. WZRT Reserves the right to reject a at anytime.

4. CONTEST MATERIALS: "Contest Materials" include: [1] all information and material submitted by you in connection with the Contest, including the Submission and all other forms, contracts or releases required to be submitted by you as a Contestant, whether required by WZRT prior to or after Entry; [2] your name, voice, likeness, image and biographical data as contained in or reflected by the Submission and [3] all photographs, artwork, writings, statements, dramatic materials, ideas, quotations and any other intellectual properties created by you in connection with the Contest, whether submitted to the Sponsor or not, including the Submission. All material owned by the Sponsor or the Sponsor's affiliated companies, including but not limited to any picture, logo, title art, etc., shall remain their property and you shall acquire no rights therein by virtue of the Contest. Except as specifically provided herein, by entering the Contest, you agree to grant to WZRT a non-exclusive, fully-paid, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable worldwide license to use, re-use, reproduce, transmit, display, distribute, re-distribute, copy, store, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works based upon and publicly perform the contents of the Contest Materials, in whole or in part, in all media, formats and channels now known or hereafter devised, for the duration of the rights in each country, area and space, and throughout the universe, in perpetuity and in all languages, formats and versions. Upon WZRT's request, you agree to assist the Sponsor in obtaining the consent for any other applications.

5. LIMITATIONS: Winners will be notified immediately when they are the correct caller on the studio phone numbers. WZRT is not responsible for any mechanical telephone error, failure or omission; or lost or misdirected mail faxes or emails, messages and other paperwork; or neglect on the part of the U.S. Postal Service; or email or internet service disruption.

6. PRIZES: 2 vouchers to Pico. Each voucher includes: 1 lift ticket, 1 ski lesson, 1 day of equipment rental.

7. PROCEDURES:  Starting on February 1^st, 2010 During the Entry Period, you may enter the contest by calling the request line (775-9467 or 1800-444-8971) when prompted to call and being the correct caller as indicated by the DJ. Contestant will be disqualified if he/she creates invalid name or address(es) with intent to affect the integrity of the contest. Winners will be notified/confirmed by phone call.

8. WINNERS: Winners will be posted on the Website and promoted on air. At the sole discretion of WZRT, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner and or qualifier may result from any of the following: [1] an in appropriate call; [2] power failure or disconnected phone call; [3] Inappropriate behavior of participant  [4] in eligibility of caller/participant; [5] potential winner's failure to provide WZRT with satisfactory proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the Address associated with the winning Entry; [6] any other non-compliance with Rules. In the event of prize forfeiture, WZRT may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner. All taxes are solely the responsibility of each winner.

9. CONDITIONS: By entering this Contest, you agree, represent and warrant that: [1] you will be bound by the Rules and WZRT's decisions, which shall be final in all respects; [2] the Entry will not be acknowledged or returned; [3] you release and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, death and bodily injury, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Entry, selection or use of a Submission, or from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize; participation in any Contest-related activity or travel or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Contest information; [4] the Releasees do not make any representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, relating to the Contest; [5] in the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism or other matters beyond WZRT's reasonable control, corrupt, prevent or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest, so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, WZRT, in its sole discretion, has the right to amend the Rules or cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Contest; and in such event, to select winners by such method as WZRT in its sole discretion shall consider equitable; [6] the Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including but not limited to: errors in the advertising, Rules, selection and announcement of the winners and distribution of the prizes; [7] any portion of any prize not accepted or used by any winner will be forfeited; [8] the Releasees are not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use any prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason; [9] the WZRT has the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it suspects to be doing any of the following: (a) to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the Entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Website; violating the Rules or for any other good cause as determined solely by WZRT; [10] since any attempt by any individual to deliberately damage any Internet site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of these Rules as well as criminal and civil laws; and should WZRT believe or become aware that such an attempt has been, is being, or will be made, it has the right to seek remedies and damages from any responsible individuals to the fullest extent permitted by law, including without limitation criminal prosecution and [11] WZRT has the right to modify prize award procedures at its sole discretion.

10. RULES & WINNER'S LIST: For names of winners (after February 10^th,  2010 and before February 28^th, 2010) and/or Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Meat and Greet, to the Radio Station Mail Address, designating either winners or Rules. The winners' name may also be posted on the Website on or about February 10^th, 2010.
